As an occupational therapist, you plan your workday independently, with the option to consult with colleagues. Together with the patient, you work based on their person-centered goals and perform assessments, interventions, and evaluations aimed at providing the greatest possible independence in life, and you are an important person in their daily lives. Your work includes guiding care staff, performing and delegating rehabilitation interventions, as well as prescribing, testing, and following up on medical technical aids. You work in interdisciplinary teams and also have close collaboration with unit managers, social workers, and relatives. This provides valuable exchanges and broad expertise, as well as the opportunity to carry out joint interventions when needed.

About You

We are looking for a licensed occupational therapist. If you have experience in habilitation/rehabilitation work, it is an advantage. A B driver's license is required for the position as you will travel to your patients by car.

As the work as an occupational therapist with us is independent, you have the ability to make your own decisions within the framework of your assignment. When needed, you check in with your colleagues to move forward. You work together with others to perform tasks and achieve goals, showing respect and consideration for those you meet in your professional role, and you base your actions on everyone's equal value. You have an open and positive attitude and have the patient's needs as the starting point for your actions. You adapt your communication according to the recipient, target group, and situation, and you have no problem sharing information and ideas, both verbally and in writing. You have the ability to change your perspective and be flexible when things change, and you see opportunities in changes.
